Sunstone supported the information and business change aspects of a SharePoint 2003 and SharePoint 2007 ICT delivery. SharePoint 2007 was initially delivered to a pilot group of 1,000 Users in order to refine and develop an adoption toolkit for the roll-out to over 150,000 Users. This included the data migration strategy and methods, Ways of working, guidance and assurance of the training products, service catalogue and user acceptance.
More recently, Sunstone has been providing support and advice into the business change and integration aspects of moving into a Office 365 Cloud solution. This includes developing an Information Architecture for the business covering Fileplan and Records Management approach, metadata, SharePoint architecture, social collaboration, Business Intelligence (BI) and Automation (workflow).
Electronic Records Management
Sunstone supported the integration of an ERM (Meridio) into a Microsoft SharePoint (2007) implementation. This included the development of Ways of working in consultation with the ICT vendor to ensure a good user experience by reducing the effort required to file records. Sunstone also provided assurance of the associated training, cataloge services and user acceptance.
Additional deliveries have included the development of an approach to provide greater levels of security using the Meridio product for more sensitive information based on the nationality of the user. Meridio Reporting and Meridio Export and Archive add-ins have also been delivered with the associated Ways of working, guidance, and assurance.
